What to Expect
Advisory is a fully digital engagement using our pricing platform, nDexio, to deliver and build solutions guided by our experts each step of the way. The minimum duration of an Advisory engagement is 2 months. Within that time our team will communicate and engage with you to complete Requests you submit, using our interactive online tools and platform. Most Requests will take 2-3 days to complete, but depending on the complexity of the Request, it may take longer.

How to Purchase
The Ease of Advisory
Accessing growth shouldn't be more complicated than it is. Advisory only requires simply credit card payments, so you can focus on strengthening your business for success and the engagement at hand.
Advisory, on Your Terms
The duration of the engagement is completely up to you! After 2 months (our minimum time requirement), pause, or cancel your Advisory engagement at any time. You'll only be billed month-to-month for the months that your Advisory engagement was active.

FAQ
How do Requests work?
Requests are the important pricing, monetization, and go-to-market questions your business needs solutions and guidance on. As a part of each Advisory engagement, our team will work with you on defining your business needs before we dive into our assessments and recommendations.
What are Credits?
Credits are redeemable for 20 minutes of flexible Advisory time you can use as needed, including: additional Advisory meetings, support building a spreadsheet model, support conducting data analysis, having an expert join your customer meetings, and having an expert join prospective customer meetings. Credits do not rollover, and will expire at the end of the month.
Is there a limit to the number of Requests I can submit at once?
You are allowed to submit an unlimited number of Requests with all Advisory plans; however, only one Request will be worked on at a time (for the growth plan, this number is increased to two). If you submit multiple Requests, then the one (for growth, two) with top priority will be the first worked on.
How much time commitment should I expect to make with Advisory?
Advisory is a 2 month minimum engagement. A typical schedule includes, but is not limited to, responding and completing custom modules on our platform created for your Request, responding and working with our team through asynchronous tasks, or synchronous meetings, and reviewing our reviews, summaries, reports, and action items created for you.
Do I have access to the nDexio platform after my Requests are complete?
Yes. After you complete your Request, your company will retain access to nDexio to continue managing your pricing and working on improvement opportunities.
What if my business is outside the US?
Advisory was created so start-ups around the world can get access to pricing experts and support. The team behind Advisory has global experience working with companies on pricing in North America, Europe, South America and Asia.
